Participation in real-money gaming on spinplay is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements. spinplay enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification of government-issued identification documents. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from gameplay while underage are subject to forfeiture pending review.

To register a spinplay account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
Following registration, spinplay requires all Players to complete KYC verification before real-money wagers may be placed or withdrawals processed. Accepted identification documents include the Philippine System Identity (PhilSys) card, UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. A live selfie holding the presented ID document is required as part of the verification process. KYC review typically takes between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) business hours.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on spinplay at any time. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplay login credentials. You agree to notify spinplay immediately via in-platform live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. spinplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Two-Factor Authentication. spinplay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. While 2FA is optional, Players who have not enabled it accept additional personal responsibility for account security events that could have been prevented by 2FA activation.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. spinplay will notify the registered email address at sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days prior to dormancy classification. Any real-money balance in a dormant account is retained in full and remains accessible upon reactivation following re-verification of identity. spinplay does not charge inactivity fees.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your spinplay Account at any time by contacting support through the in-platform live chat. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Any Real Money Balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within fifteen (15) business days, subject to applicable AML checks.
spinplay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT cryptocurrency (ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is maintained on the spinplay deposit page.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the spinplay Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. spinplay reserves the right to hold funds and request verification documentation for any deposit that cannot be confirmed as originating from the Account holder's own payment source.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes for requests submitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours during the same window. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the start of the next available window. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).
Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion and compliance with active bonus wagering requirements. spinplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding fifty thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) per single transaction, which may extend processing time by up to forty-eight (48) hours. Players will be informed of any holds applied to their withdrawal request.
All transactions on spinplay are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. spinplay is not responsible for conversion rate fluctuations between deposit and game commencement.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by spinplay are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods — form part of these Terms and Conditions when accepted by a Player.
6.2 Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Balances within a Player's account. Real Money Balances are used first in all wagering unless the Player's account consists entirely of Bonus Funds. The order of fund usage is displayed on the account balance screen.
6.3 The standard wagering requirement applicable to spinplay welcome bonuses is twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount, unless an alternative multiplier is explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. 6.4 spinplay reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to: use of prohibited betting patterns (e.g., low-variance betting specifically designed to extract bonus value), coordination between multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors in bonus crediting.
6.5 Bonuses that have not been used within the expiry period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Maximum bet limits apply when Bonus Funds are active on a Player's account. Placing wagers exceeding the stated maximum bet while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and review of associated winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spinplay and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:
9.1 All content on spinplay.bio — including but not limited to game graphics, audio, software, logos, trademarks, text, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of spinplay or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use spinplay for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially exploit any spinplay content.
9.3 The spinplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in social media profiles, fake customer support channels, or imitation websites — is prohibited and will be pursued under applicable trademark law.
10.1 spinplay provides its Platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplay's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 spinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether spinplay had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit spinplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 spinplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines and applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
11.2 The collection and use of your personal data — including registration information, transaction records, game logs, KYC documents, and communication history — is governed by the spinplay Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.3 spinplay may share Player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law, including in response to lawful orders, subpoenas, or regulatory inquiries. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the Player where legally required.
11.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by spinplay, subject to regulatory retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].
12.1 spinplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from the Account settings panel. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session duration reminders, net loss limits, cooling-off periods (minimum 24 hours to maximum 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 Players may activate any responsible gaming tool at any time without contacting support. Decreases to deposit limits and activation of cooling-off periods or self-exclusion take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory forty-eight (48) hour reflection period before taking effect.
12.3 Self-exclusion, whether temporary or permanent, constitutes a binding instruction to spinplay to prevent access to the Platform. spinplay will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts do so in breach of these Terms.

13.1 spinplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against spinplay; provision of false registration information; or in compliance with an instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Real Money Balance will be held in accordance with spinplay's AML procedures. spinplay will communicate the nature of the hold and the expected resolution timeline within five (5) business days of suspension.
13.3 Where an Account is terminated for material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to confirmed fraud, underage gambling, or money laundering — spinplay reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account as a civil remedy and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.
13.4 Players who disagree with a suspension or termination decision may submit a formal dispute via email to [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the action. Disputes not submitted within this period are deemed accepted.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of spinplay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising between a Player and spinplay that cannot be resolved through spinplay's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as may be mutually agreed. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Player may escalate an unresolved complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint handling channels. spinplay will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 spinplay may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All amendments become effective on the date stated in the notification, which shall not be fewer than seven (7) calendar days from the date the notice is sent to the Player's registered email address, except where a shorter period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR direction.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed in the header of this document and at the bottom of this section. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request from [email protected].
15.3 Your continued use of spinplay after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using spinplay and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.4.
